How to Make Matcha

1. Sift 1–2 chashaku scoops of matcha into warm bowl
2. Add 60–80ml of hot water (70–80°C — not boiling)
3. Whisk in W or M pattern rapidly for 30 seconds
4. Foam should be thick and velvety — drink immediately

Chasen Care

Never use soap on the chasen. Rinse with warm water immediately after use and place on the holder to air dry in its original shape.
